We have added two Shiba Inus to our family thanks to Abril and her husband.
They are absolutely perfect and have brought us so much joy. They have playful and calm demeanours — super smart, though stubborn at times, we wouldn’t have them any other way.
Abril’s kennel is well kept, and we could tell from our very first visit how much she cares for her dogs.
We got our first Shiba Inu, Appa, a year and a half ago — and loved having him so much, we just had to get him a friend, Yenn. It was no question that we would go back to this kennel to adopt our new family member.

Where to even start about 4everpups!! As a dog lover who has had dogs in the past I have dealt with a few different breeders but none come close to Abril. From the very beginning of my journey in getting a new furever companion Abril has been supportive, knowledgeable, caring and an absolute dream.
I will forever believe coming across the advertisement for Abril’s new litter in December of 2021 was a cross of a miracle and just meant to be! When I saw the picture of my Roxie I knew immediately that she was my soul dog and I had to have her.
Being from out of province in the dead of winter, Abril was so supportive and accommodating to me and my family. She offered photos, videos and information right off the bat and even video chats to see the pups in action.
Not only did she immediately calm my fears of nightmare breeders, she easily proved time and time again just how much she cares about the well-being of her puppies. I opted to visit the puppies in person to make my official choice and upon arrival I immediately could tell just how healthy and well taken care of both the puppies and momma were in a clean environment with a well behaved birth mom. Two extremely important factors I was looking for.
Abril maintained contact and provided much awaited updates on my little Roxie’s development. When I was finally able to pick her up, the care package and information Abril provided was above and beyond. After settling in my new puppy Abril was always ready on standby for any questions and advice I had with prompt response times.
As I began training Roxie it was very apparent that her temperament was very similar to her moms with a twist of her own silly personality. The time, dedication and care of both parents and pups provided by Abril at 4everpups is unmatched and I couldn’t have asked for more. The proof is in the pups!

We adopted Juan Carlos from Abril December 28th 2021. Abril was very informative, replied quickly to all our questions.
Even after the transaction Abril continues to this day to answer all our questions. Abril was very professional.

Buying Chad, our boston terrier from Abril was fantastic. About ten breeders before her were either unresponsive, rude or felt “rushed” into things. Whereas it felt easy and fun picking our pup with her since she seemed willing to work with us.
We noted that she uses good food for the pups too which is a sign of caring for her craft.
Chad has the BEST temperament and he has been so trainable. We walk him off leash (with an e collar) and never have an issue.
He’s a healthy boy. It feels like he came crate trained. That’s how easy his house training was even at 8 weeks.
10/10 would work with her again if I could get another Boston.

I am happy to give a great recommendation for Abril of 4ever pups.
I was so thrilled with the first pup I purchased that when I felt like it was time for Darcy to have a pup sibling, I did not hesitate to call Abril to see if she was going to have any more in the near future. As luck would have it, she was.
My pup Darcy got his sweet little sister, Arya and they are healthy, playful, well-behaved pups. I am thrilled with them.
Everyone stops me to chat with and pet the dogs. They always say they are the cutest poms they’ve ever seen. I have to agree as their coats are shiny and healthy and their tails are the fluffiest.
They came with papers and all necessary shots. I share pictures with Abril and she is always prompt to answer text messages or phone calls. I’m so happy I went with 4ever pups 🙂

If you want a wonderful puppy, companion, family member, look no further! April spends so much time nurturing, and caring for her puppies. When I wanted to find out more information about the Mother and Father. I would ask for pictures and videos, April is always available to answer questions and walk you through your concerns. I find she is honest, considerate, and caring for your time. I wasn’t able to pick up my puppy, April drove out of her way to deliver the puppy to me.
I lost my black lab seven years prior to getting Ruthie. I had a hard time with her passing. It is so true when they say the dog picks you. When I saw Ruthie I knew I needed her in my life. In the past, I would always get big dogs, but this is the first time I decided to get a smaller dog. I will never get any other breed than a Boston Terrier now, I have fallen in love. I will always get my dogs from April because I feel they will have exceptional health, temperament, and care.
Ruthie is five years of age now, she is in the best of health. She is a social butterfly. She loves other dogs, my two cats, and the kids in my family. Friends and family describe Ruthie as sweet, affectionate, adorable, smart, and alert. From the minute I received my bundle of joy, she has been just that for me and my family, my joy. I couldn’t ask for a better companion, my experience getting Ruthie was amazing.
I keep in touch with April all the time sending her pictures and videos of Ruthie and her growth. April always appreciates this gesture and thanks me for keeping her in the loop about one of her dogs. I would recommend April and her kennel 100 %.

We had an amazing experience with our very first Shiba inu from Abril. Can’t say enough great things about Abril; her dogs are extremely healthy, well tempered and great overall. Abril was extremely knowledgeable and helpful right from the very beginning when we went to her kennel and chose our Shiba puppy.
Abril provided all the information when she brought our puppy home, including his food, toys, blanket and more. He came with all his shots, records, and microchip information.
Even after a year and a half, Abril still gives me advice and helps with questions about our puppy.
I strongly recommend Abril and her kennel to anyone looking for a new pup, excellent breeder with a lot of knowledge and very helpful before, during and after you bring your new family member home.

After I had a video call about getting a Boston Terrier, I put down a small deposit to reserve him. Before I got my puppy, I received lots of updates and videos showing him in his home with his litter mates.
They were clearly well taken care of and happy little pups! Because I lived further away, they ended up delivering my puppy closer to me. When I got him they gave me lots of helpful tips and answered questions, and provided some essentials to help me when I first received him — which was great! He’s a healthy, happy little boy and I’m so grateful!

We could not have asked for a better dog and a better dog breeder. We were pleased with our little girl Koukie from the first day we got her. She is super healthy and was really easy to train. From the first day at our place she was almost 100% potty train thanks to April and was already listening to us.
April also helped us a lot at the beginning with her recommendation and tips. It is obvious that she takes good care of the puppies from day one!

My partner and I had an amazing experience working with Abril. We knew we wanted a four-legged addition to our family but were hesitant to welcome a puppy into our lives without meeting her first (we live in Toronto and couldn’t make the 5 hour drive to Quebec). Abril made the experience so much easier by FaceTiming with us so that we could see the puppies, and explaining their personalities so that we could find the perfect match for us. She was extremely knowledgeable about each of her dogs, and was consistently available for questions.
Fast forward to now, we are parents to the most beautiful, loving, and well-behaved 7-month old shiba inu. Yuki fit into our lives so well. She quickly adopted to condo living and the downtown environment. She loves to play with us at home and with her friends at the park.
We would 100% work with Abril again in the future and would recommend her to anyone!

Last july 2021 we were lucky to get a puppy from Abril and François. Due to covid we could not to see our Oliver and the other puppies.
Abril was so great at sending us videos and photos. We had few virtual meetings to talk about the puppies. Abril always responded promptly and answered all my questions. Abril described the characters of all the puppies.
After we got Oliver we continued to be in touch and Abril gave me advise during the first month we had Oliver. Oliver is 15 month now. He is in great health , has no issues with anything.
He has an amazing character and is a wonderful family dog.

Our experience with Abril was truly amazing and we will always be grateful to her for introducing us to little Whiskey.
Despite the long distance from Quebec, Abril was always available and great with communication, showing us the space and Whiskey’s parents via FaceTime and answering all of our questions patiently. Whiskey has grown up healthy, confident and strong and is a quick learner. His temperament couldn’t be better and he is full of love and curiosity.
He also gets along with other dogs, rarely barks, has had no medical issues so far, and is always up for an adventure. Thank you Abril!

We started adopting our Shiba Inu Kashi from Abril at about 4 week after its birth. However the puppy can only leave its mommy after week 8. The remaining days were a long wait, to be honest. Abril understood that and sent us photos and videos of Kashi and siblings regularly. We keep those photos and videos still in Kashi’s album. When week 8 passed, we received Kashi with his bed, blanket, enough food for 2 weeks and most importantly a toy elephant which is still Kashi’s favorite today.
Now Kashi is 19-months old. He’s the fluffiest and most cuddly among the 4 Shibas in our neighborhood. Kashi is very clean, quiet (barking only to ask for help) and never drizzle. But Kashi shed heavily twice a year. Kashi is very smart and learns tricks fast, e.g. rolling, begging for treats, standing on two legs. He’s stubborn with some habit, e.g. chewing napkins either fresh or from trash can. All being said, we are very happy with this new furry family member.

At the end 2019, I bought a lovely cream+white, male shiba inu from this breeder, and my experience with Abril and Frank (the kennel owners) was wonderful. Through every step of the way, both kennel owners were transparent and eager to answer any questions we had. They provided pictures and information about the puppies and parents when asked. Even now, they offer advice when I reach out to them.
We drove down from Toronto to their kennel, located in a rural area near Montreal, to meet the puppy. They have an enormous fenced area for the dogs to roam and they are separated by breed whilst in the kennel.
Abril answered all the questions we had about the dogs’ pedigrees and origins. The contract we signed included a health guarantee (genetic diseases, etc.), and a “breed guarantee” (if we ever feel the need to run a DNA test). Our puppy is healthy and has adapted well to our home.

Blue is such a sweet boy. He was a bit bigger than our other pomeranians, but he’s the most gentle and good tempered of them all.
He never gets into conflict with our other dogs and plays very gently with our smallest. He is very smart and understands and follows commands, is always eager to please and excited to see you and play outside.
He is big enough to handle long walks while still being small enough to cuddle like a teddy bear.
He had been a fantastic addition to our family. We wouldn’t be the same without him.
